Electric Shock

Well i just got electric shock , when i touched my pc few minutes ago ... It was mild shock and i am quite fine . Well when i purchased computer year and half ago , the shopkeeper also gave me iron stand where i have my computer adjusted . Normally it does not give any shock , but today i got the shock , reason is probably i did not wear anything on my feet (no shoes) and my hands were little wet with sweat (after typing a lot) ...
After that i just dried my hands and wear plastic shoes and tocuhed computer again and then it did not give me electric shock at all .
So peoples , if you have desktop at home and you have placed it somewhere else (except wooden box ) then take care following things .
1. donot touch computer with wet hands when its on .. Cause water is one of the best conductor of elecricity .
2. Also wear plastic shoes or anything made from plastic while working with computer ...
Hope you will never get electric shock from computer in your life , Good luck .

Tips to Stay healthy
Ofcourse i understand luck plays an important role in our health .. Some peoples have good health as god gift while other peoples have to depend on medicines on large extent ... But here are few tips that may surely help you to stay healthy .
1. Always Wash hands before eating anything , Most of us donot wash hands before eating food ,Due to which germs go to out body and we may get sick ,or may cause common cold,sickness or other kind of diseases
2.Excersice , Well try to excersice , but if you cant or donot want to the atleast walk 5-7km daily , Because walking help us to digest food . And as old peoples say "All diseases start from stomac " , i too believe it . Peoples with better digestion have better capability to fight diseases . So its very important to walk .
3.Stay Clean , Always try to dispose waste in such a way that it does not cause any smell or donot let germs/mosquitoes , which leads to various diseases .
4.Hygiene is very important while cooking food ,donot eat food from anywhere where you doubt that they are not maintaing proper hygiene . Always eat good quality Food .
5.Go to doctor immidiately if you feel some sort of pain in any part of body , donot ignore any sympthoms or any unusual thing you are feeling .
6.Health insurance is very important thease days and everyone should have it .
